Outdoor enclosure thoughts/tips?

I'm considering setting up an outdoor enclosure,so that the tegu can have some outside time on nice days,in spring-late fall (I'm just outside Charleston,SC).
The tegu would never, under ANY circumstances, be unattended. We have pens set up for tortoise & bunny free-roam,but they would pose no obstacle for a tegu who wants to get out.
I have a general idea of a 5x10 run, assembled from a vast pile of cinderblocks I happen to have.I figure @ least 3 high for now. I'm not planning to cement them,as I want to be able to change the design as needed as the tegu grows.
any ideas or tips? this is my first tegu, want it to be happy.

I'd be sure to cover the thing with some kind of chicken wire or hardware cloth. Make sure you provide a shaded area too and safeguard against any digging so he doesn't dig out!

yeah,I'm working on roofing ideas, too. as far as digging,my backyard is mainly hard clay, the tortoises have a hard go at it.Anyway,it would be supervised,as in someone in the pen with it whenever it's outside. leashed @ first, but eventually allowed to free-roam the enclosure.
