Hes pretty mellow i don't handle him alot letting him settle in,but hes alittle squirmy but i mean he should be,but i've owned alot of tegus working with them 9 years and some are worse that others hes pretty good, i have a bigger one about 17'' and its really chill to,there all alittle different and when there that small they think your a threat till they get use to you.
