New environment

Today, I finally moved my tegu to the much larger environment she needed. It is outdoors, and I will be running an extension cord out for her heat lamp once the weather gets cooler. My question is, is it likely for her to be moody while adjusting to her new environment? Should I just leave her alone for now or try to interact with her more?

She will most likely be moody, one it is a new home and two she is now outside withany more sounds and smells. When I moved my AA to his adult enclosure, he was extremely aggressive for about two weeks and this was the only time he ever attempted and also succeeded in biting me. Just follow her lead, if she is moody, let her be for a couple weeks.

I agree with James. I brought my beardie out a few days ago, and the minute i sat him down, he pretty much bolted and mind you this is the same lizards that spends about 80% of its day in front of the food dish laying down lol. Once i caught up he started to puff up and beard at me. So do expect some behavior change for a short while i'd say.
