New Cage due to new addition

So building a new cage has been in the works now for about half a year. I am doing a modular thing similar to repti racks system. They are aluminum framing with Expanded PVC walling. The reason being I move around a lot and this is an easy set-up tear down, easy to pack solution to the vision cage and wooden cages I have had in the past. There are limitations doing it this way, mainly its cheaper to keep everything in nice 4x4x4 boxes.

The original idea was to have Bacardi, Kiska and Bosco all share a cage that was 8x4x4, I was thinking of making it a bit taller, maybe 5 or 6 feet tall. Both Bosco and Kiska are on the smaller end compared to other tegus (Bosco is 4 foot and Kiska just over the 3 foot mark) and are not the most active of tegus, when the free roam the often just curl up together or bask not really into exploring anymore. Bacardi most likely would stay in the top area, I would give him an elevated dig box. Power feeding would be a must as well, but the three share the bath tub with no problem.

A wrench got thrown in my plan however, a third tegu! So now I am thinking a 4x12x4 cage is going to be needed, however if I ever move back into a small unit would a 12 foot long cage fit? I currently have room for that in the living room. I could also make it into a L instead which would cut down the cost of plexi glass. Being modular I could also build the center unit (the 8x4x4) and add on later once the new tegu is all settled in and assuming she gets along with everyone.

I know it is risky to mix species but humidity, temps and general set-up (besides the pond which would be tegu proof and safe) the caging is almost the same, not to mention one is arboreal and one is terrestrial they should in theory be able to get out of each others way. I would be doing the introduction slowly as well and each animal would still have its own cage in the likelihoods they would need to be separated.

So I am looking for any chritisiums, comments, suggestions on the cage outline and set-up or anything else really?

you could probably put in different levels to the cage so they have somewhere to go if they want to or if they get into a spat.
