Male or female tegu?

I was wondering if someone could help me sex my tegu. I'm pretty sure it is a female from the research I've done but want a personal, experienced opinion! I'll post a pic and hopefully it will be good enough. Thanks in advance!

Looks female? Do you feel little bumps on either side of the vent?

No I do not!

If no bumps, female or too young to tell. Though some breeders say they can tell from the hatch date, which blows my mind. But! Could be female
