Lighing Question

Where does everyone put there basking lights mounted on the inside or on the outside of the cage. Cause i have mine mounted on the inside but Rex has managed to kick things around and broke the light a few to many times, not broken the bulb where it shatters but just so it does not work.

I'm planning on converting one of our Tegu enclosure to have the lights inside. I converted a friends Boamaster enclosure to hold 2 animals and lowered the lights so I could reduce the wattage. The lights & divider are easily removed. It's important to guard the lights so they can't get burned.
