The top of her head is a little grat and her toenails was i guess ripped off before I got her and not the skin looks like Shed but im not sure. Because it can be scale rot. I want to know if I should take her to a vet.

It does look like their may be a layer of stuck shed on her head, but bot positive.

Add fish oil to food and provide moist sphagnum in hide.
