Hybernation and Healing

Godzilla still has an injury on her toe and she is now going into hybernation. The toe is healing up nicely and I can see new scales growing back. My question is will she continue to heal while she is hybernating. Since their body shuts down, does healing shut down too?

Id like for her to be all healed up before she goes to sleep for the winter.

Not 100% sure but if the wound is correctly sterilised I'd imagine the bodies healing process would still be the same. However an infected wound, in my mind, could only cause trouble over long periods of minimal movement.
