I constructed a sealed, wooden lid to keep humidity in my tegu's current tank. I would also place a large water dish near the heat source and use substrate that holds humidity well (Soil/sand, eco eatch, peat moss)

Filling it to the rim with water will give 100% humidity, so for 65% humidity, I would fill it about 2/3.

lol

Owl had some good ideas for a perm lid. I have used cling wrap as a temp measure to hold in moisture. Cloth will absorb moisture though.
