It won't be more than 300$ if you have basic equipment if you cant afford that than how are you feeding the tegu?

Exact instructions are hard to give because somehow or another yours is going to turn out different.
It can be as simple as 5 pieces of plywood screwed together and sealed with an open top or as complex as this thing.
