Anyone have any really out of the box ideas to make a big hide to hide in and climb on? I cant think of anything i could use for my red

Depending on how big your enclosure is you can get cinder blocks and lay a large flat rock over the top to create a hide and a basking area. Just make sure that the rocks are against the bottom of the enclosure and sturdy/secure, tegus are strong and there were a few times I caught mine lifting the flat rock.

If you can find some un used pvc scrap. I use a peice about two feet long of 10 inch
