I fed my hatchling and juvi as much as they would eat as often as they would eat. My two year old now is fed three to four times a week. My soon to be 5 year old i feed only once a week (otherwise he will leave alot of the smaller meals or he gains alot of wieght)
As suggested above... daily for the first 1.5~2 years while they are growing rapidly both in length and girth... as they reach full adult size begin tappering frequency down as needed depending on your Tegu. Adults tend to settle at 2~4 meals a week though this depends on many details including activity levels and time of year.
All of mine are eating every day. My male is a '10. My girls are '09 but I'm going to continue feeding them daily to see if it helps get some more growth/weight on 'em. They were previously fed 2-3 times a week.
