So I posted on here last year about my blue mix with the orange stomach and well she still has it, but we have been together for over a year, not as a couple however, but longer than any of my recent girlfriends. Anyways I got here at the end of october last year and I enjoyed this lizard so much, that at the reptileexpo here in colorado, I found a extreme giant for 250 and I cant believe I did but I bought the little guy for that much and taxes, but I just loved the thought of having 2 of them. I named the little guy Marble, who only measure 24 inches at the time. I then found Andrew who is a normal high white arg. black and white... well not high white but he has no tan colors, just all of his white is of a pearl white with a black nose and eyes drop markings of a blue tegu. He is very stunning at the length of 3 and a half feet with large jowls and pretty eyes. He constantly harassed my first tegu, the female to mate but she is young and has never hibernated so she kept denying him half of sumer and begining of fall, plus the little extreme was bullied by her so he had to be kept in a seperate room and she stayed with me in my room for awhile and Andrew roamed downstairs in the livingroom.
At this point I didnt want anymore lizards

As time went on I eventually got this large 4 foot female from my friend who got it from a reptile store for free on the same day they got her, since she was captured in a city park. She was supposedly a very dangerous wild animal and the cops wanted to shoot and kill her, but I picked her up and held her on my shoulders like a baby the same day they found her. So all the other lizards were not good friends or partners for her, the female bully picked a fight with her and I swear she almost died and Andrew tried to breed with her and I cam in and found his front leg in her mouth. It was a horiffic experience and I had to put the bully female back down with andrew and then the new female was by herself and then I put the girls back together when out sunning and they were great together after that beating she took from the big girl so they eventually ended p being partners. Andrew knew the girls were in the room and would slam against the door to get in but its a good door so know entry. More of the story to come soon....

Wow that's a crazy situation, ii think any time you have multiple Tegus you will have some interesting stories. I know with 4 I had my hands full lol, I know my largest female tried to mate with my largest male a few times but he was smaller and definitely intimidated by her, my red male started getting excited anytime he seen the girls around his enclosure and jowl popped a lot, it was crazy because none of them were old enough to breed but I could tell Nero my largest tegu was definitely interested. Only time I ever had a problem was once my red tegu pyro managed to escape, and he bit Nero, other than that I never had any squabbles, the females got along well, never introduced the males because of their size difference, and the reds temperament. BTW you have some gorgeous tegus.
