Cohabitation/introduction

I've always wondered what its like cohabitating tegus. I've wanted a red tegu for a long time, and was thinking about getting one that could live with my b&w. My b&w is just over 1000 grams and about 30 inches, so I'd have to find one thats about the same size he is, and ofcourse, by the time I get a red he will be bigger. I will have an extra cage if it turns out that I can't house them together. They would be fed seperately and I would have 2-3 different basking places. However, I do have a few questions. Where could I find a red tegu about the same size as mine? How do I introduce them? Is it best if I get the red when I buy my b&w his adult cage, so he hasnt established any territory? (not really sure if they do that). Is it even possible to do? I would ofcourse make sure neither of them have parasites (which for some reason is a problem at my local reptile shows) and have at least been able to see each other before I start introducing them. Oh, and one last thing, the cage size would be 8x4x4.
