Buying rodents

Is there any good sites people have used for cheap frozen rodents? Also where do people find the roaches?

You could order from hare-today.com or just find out when your local reptile show is. They always have frozen mice, quail etc. And for cheap prices too. I believe that feeder source had frozen roaches, turkish red runner roaches I think. Never fed them to my beasties but I hear they are a good feeder roach.
