Bulb Covers....

Just had a dumb question just wanted to feel what other people say or do about this....when having an exposed bulb in a custom tegu enclosure does everyone make one of those wire cages that keeps the tegu for hitting the bulb or do you buy one if so where do you find them...i feel like all the one i find are not user friendly for the entended use i was looking for...just curious what peoples thoughts are

Have you seen bulb guard like this one http://www.homedepot.com/p/Leviton-White-Bulb-Guard-R50-12200-00W/100356895 at Home Depot?
They seem to be built for the intended use though you may have to alter them a bit depending on your setup. I assume you're talking about this type of bulb and not a tube fluorescent?

yeah a bulb guard like that....i have seen those actually i think i just need to quit being a mary and just make something custom to fit over a mercury vapor bulb...thanks for the info
