Blue tegu scale discoloration??

Hello tegu lovers, this is my first post as a new tegu owner. I've only had Cosmo since July 15th of this year and its been awesome! He's in my jacket dozing off as we speak, Love this guy to death! He's still a baby but growing pretty darn fast. I keep him in a 40g breeder tank with a 100w powersun from zoomed 12inch above his basking spot. The temp ranges from 100-105 for basking, 80-95 hot side, and 75-78 cool side. His humidity is consistently 70-80%. I've been feeding him ground turkey mix with chicken gizzard, chicken heart, beef liver, cod oil and calcium without D3. I also feed him fuzzies on Monday and Thursday.

A few days ago i was chilling with him like usual and i notice these grayish black colors on his scale on top of his head and left eye that wasn't there before. I'm freaking out because i can't seem to figure it out. I'm hoping that its nothing major and something that i shouldn't have to worry about. If anyone has experienced this before please enlighten me! Thank you!

Were the black spots there before? The black spots are normal. I have never had a baby tegu so I'm not sure if they are born with them or if they form as they grow.

He did not have this when I first got him, it was about a month later that it showed up. Here's the update pictures. The one on his head is kind of making a dent, like little craters. Maybe I'm over thinking it but the silverish color does not look natural. And this is after he shed since the first post I made. The color was bluish when he first shed but now it's more silver. He's eating great, and pooping great also.

That does seem weird. Best bet would be consult a vet just in case its something potentially serious. Does look like it has changed a lot since the last post.
