What is he using for UVB? How old is the bulb, how far way is the bulb? What is the diet? Does he use supplements, if so what kind?

Yeah it does sound like MBD, could you get a picture of the dragon?

And with temps like that (if that's the basking temp)I can pretty much bet its other things wrong with the lizard. I'm shocked he's even eating still.

And if he's under 16" being feed meal worms another big no no.

Lettuce are also a big no no, lettuce have no nutrional value, mostly water and cause runny stool. Will flush out what little nutrients the dragon gained from the crickets it ate.

Good too hear, 100-110 is good for basking. Offer a perch where the bearded dragon can climb up and get as close to the heat/uvb as possible.

Also remove the carrots fromt he diet they block the absorbtion of calcium in most reptiles and with those temp/diet you dont need anything to help speed up MBD stick with just crickets no other worms for now to limit any excess phos they tend to be higher in it than crix (i may not know much bout tegu's but beardi's are kinda my thing =P) you can tell him to google "beautiful dragon diet" its a amazing site thats perfect for bd's diet should help get his diet at least on track. aim for 105-115 basking temp no less than 80 cool side need to be able to get atleast within 7in of the UVB bulb for it to work right (also if he's using a coil bulb they can cause some problems too its more expensive but it need to be a tube)
