3 MONTH OLD ARGENTINE TEGU ATE GLOB OF TOOTH PASTE!!!!!!!

I was able to get the glob (about the size of a pinky nail) out of her mouth. But not untilled after some was ingested. I know fluoride is toxic and I am freaking out. Please help!!!!!!!

I would say check with a vet to be safe. Even with such a small amount.

Call your vet and double check. Hope your tegu is alright. Mine have gotten a hold of some gnarly things but they've never found tooth paste.

I will say if he only ate tiny amount. He will be fine, no worry.

But if he ate lots of them, just take him to vet.
