I got him from ColdBloodedPets at the Manchester expo they said he was 4 months. The basking is 105-109 and the cool side is 70-72. He is in a 40 gallon breeder with cypress bedding thats about 2-3 inches deep with a big water dish and hide and there is a uvb light to.
I have had my tegu since October 16th and he still won't eat for me what do I do? He is always under the bedding never basking or out. I don't wont him do die because he isn't eating. :( Please Help!
I know I thought about the basking spot so I removed all of the rocks and just kept one of them. The CHE I need to because my house is cold so the cold side get pretty cold with out it and it keeps it at about 80 on the cold side.
I got it up to 100-105 with a 75 watt basking bulb and the CHB is on the cold side so it warms up the ambient heat. Pics of the cage + Kratos my little guy!
He was from CooledBloodedPets and the 40 gallon breeder, UVB, Heat bulbs, 40 quarts of cypress, large half log, digital thermometer, humidity gauge, and the lid to the cage!:D
