I have several plants in the enclosure with good result but our tegu is only 75cm / 2.5 feet so that might change in the future.
I put the plants in big sturdy pots. They don't tip over even if she climbs the trees.
You can see the plants and the pots in this video: <!-- m --><a...
Thanks a lot. :) It's really tempting to get another Gu. She looks so small in there and there is room for one more... lol
I made one video of our beardies enclosure too:

Common European adder. Our most feared snake. Really not that dangerous. :)
Common lizard, one of the few lizards that live up here in the north.

Got to love dubias. Yum.
We have been feeding inside the enclosure for a few months now, even live insect. She...
Tegus are large digging lizards. There will be a lot of mulch and there will be quite some work to replace it. But that's something you will have to consider before getting a large lizard.
How ofter should one dust the food with multivitamin /minerals like Miner-All from Sticky tongue farms? I haven't found much information about this.
So far I have been dusting once a week ore every other week like I do with my beardie.
That sounds like fun. :) But aren't there a Tegutalk shirt already?
No offence to Bobby but he could really need some help with his homepage. It looks terrible, haha.
