I was reading up on grow tents I was thinking about getting one, but I made the wood one I have now, and I was thinking of adding a second layer to it so I would not have to get another cage, do you think that would be a good idea?

I have a basil plant in my back yard and it has multiple leaves on it and I was thinking to let my tegu Frank eat some, but I have been doing research and nothing says anything about basil for tegus. Does anybody know if I can feed my Tegu basil?
