Thanks got10. I appreciate the engouragement. My dad is pushing for me to keep my Tegu and he'd help me house him 'til I'm on my feet again, in something more manageable (6 foot temp scratch built for a while or something) and said I should keep this cage for my future place...so I won't be...
I just paid $250 for it a few months ago, I'd like to get my money back seeing as I had to haggle my butt off. If someone comes and hauls it away soon, I'll go lower.

I have done some cleaning to it and ripped out the old cooling unit. It needs lighting setup and locks and it can be used. No real way of delivering, as it is 10 feet long and weighs A LOT. If you have a trailer...

Yeh I am quite excited for this project, though it's much less of a project than it would have been to build. Just have alot of cleaning and some modding to do.
My yearling from last year's black and white's is now over 2 feet long and outgrowing his tank. I've been hesitating on what I wanted to do cage wise as my living situation has been less than permanant. I got some ideas and began searching craigslist and found a deli case that I wanted to...
I am in the same boat. I got an email from him months ago regarding the eggs being laid and a couple replies about hatching durations, and from there, I've emailed him twice in the last 2 weeks and just called and left a voicemail.
Getting a little worried now that I see this thread.
