I think that my argentine black and white tegu has eaten a piece of plastic, i heard a noise coming from his cage but im not sure what it was, i looked in his mouth and saw that he swallowed something white. Im not sure exactly what it was. It had to have been his poop or a know on the uvb...
I just revamped their entire setups so ill try feeding in a few days. Eco earth substrate for both with a water dish on the cool side. Female is in a bin that is 24" x 15" x 18" and the male is in a 12" x15" x 18". I'll post pics of their setups when i find the charger for my camera.
they are in my reptile room which is a constant of about 75-80 degrees throughout the day and night, I havent exactly been measuring the basking temp because my infared broke. the female is kept on eco earth in a 55 gallon tank with 2 100 watt basking bulbs on her, i think it might be getting...

I had a ball python pass away recently from a bacterial infection that was on injections, i was giving it one and the needle popped off the syringe. It got an abcess where that happened and died that night, I was so upset. Just remember that you did all you could.
Im using heat tape, on a rack type system. It might have been puke that I saw, but the gecko does have a little black dot on his stomach, i just got snowed in so i wont be able to get to the store until tomarrow, but im going to pick up some mineral oil and some chicken baby food.
I think my leopard gecko might be impacted, he wont eat and he is having runny poo. I can't really afford a vet visit at the moment so are there any ways to solve this on my own? I heard giving them some type of oil can help, not sure which kind though, housed on paper towels with eco earth in...
I agree with them trying to escape the cage, they are smart. Mine jumps on top of the UVB bulb fixture because it hangs lower, and can almost open the top of the cage, If I didnt have locks she would have for sure escaped.
You could post an add on your local craigslist looking for a carpenter who is interested in some side work. My neighbor is a carpenter, but I dont know where you live.
