Anyone Know Where to Find PVC Boards?

How big are you planning on going? You might want to use joists across the top because even with 3/4 inch pvc it'll want to bow with spans greater than 30ish inches. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk Pro

    Substrate?

I use coconut coir in my enclosure and my tegu seems to enjoy it. He's never been too big on burrowing since he seems to prefer the hides that I put in his enclose. I've used peat moss in the past and I will never go back. The amount of dust that gets kicked up is insane. Sent from my iPad...

Spray on cage sealer . ?

I don't know if anyone has used it but duplicolor bed armor is water based so fumes are minimal. I would buy it by the gallon since the spray cans are junk and clog right up. Other bed liner products are usually rubber based and smell like cancer. Personally, I used drylok on my enclose and it...

    Lighting and Enclosure Question?

I'm not good at guessing how old she is but you should invest in an infrared temp gun from Amazon or harbor freight tools to know what her basking temperature is for sure. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk Pro

    Misting System

Distilled water would be a good idea as well. No sediment and no minerals.

    Tegu substraight

I'm at work right now so I'll post a picture when I get out in he morning. At lowes or Home Depot it should be outside in a big white square bag. There's usually just one brand I believe. I used play sand and just mixed four parts peat to one part sand. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

    My new tegu enclosure

You can get clear Drylok. No idea how it holds up compared to standard Drylok. You could also use spar urethane to seal it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

    enclosure building and expenses

How warm is the area that you're keeping your gu. You might be able to get away with building a temporary cage out of 2x3s and chicken wire. You could use OSB for the bottom and sides if you can't get away with chicken wire. A 4x8 sheet of OSB should be about 20 bucks. You could use an oil based...
