Training and overall health

So I've been letting my tegu roam around in my bathroom for some time now and she consistently relieves herself as soon as her feet hit the tile. This doesn't bother me in the least bit since tile cleans easily, but I know my fiance will have other thoughts on this. Is there a way I can replicate this for when she gets bigger so i have an easy to clean option because she really likes the tile.

also... How does she look health wise?

I don't know for sure but I would put down a puppy pad, doesn't leak through, or maybe newspaper.
