Substrate depth

hello all, I am having a custom enclosure built. I am wondering what depth of substrate is recommended? Brutus is a little over 20”, and likes to burrow down on the cooler side of her temp enclosure. Basically I am wondering how deep I should make the bottom of the enclosure?
