Subforum Consolidation

I've been trying to merge some of our subforums so the site is a bit more organized and the index page is a little bit shorter. If you guys have any suggestions for subforums that should be merged, or maybe subforums that need to be added, please use this space to let me know.

Off the top of my head, you've got three off topic, chat forums. I think they are General Discussion, ChatRoom, and Off Topic ChitChat. Then I just saw Welcome and My Tegu. Also, General Tegu and Tegu Care are sorta the same. Just an opinion, but might make it easier to access and organize.
