Possible respiratory infection?

My dude has been hibernating since November and I’ve been periodically checking in him and this last time I checked he had a slight ticking noise as he breathed. It’s not every breath but it’s pretty constant. It has progressed since then, it was I few days ago that I noticed it but it’s still there. Any home remedies or does this call for immediate vet help?

Is it snot ? Might be too cold in the cage. I would call the vet as the vet would know best. It is like $60-100 for a vet appointment and that way you will have peace of mind knowing that he is healthy. Hope he is okay!
