Hi all. Thanks for having me... I live in Stoke on trent UK, I'm 48band own snakes, various reptiles and two adult female tegus.
One is an Argentinian black and white and my other, which is the grumpiest I've ever met is an unknown to me... I've uploaded a picture.. Any ideas?

Welcome Andy,

The tegu in the picture looks like a Colombian Black and White Tegu. It is a different specieas than an Argentine Black and White Tegu.

Thankyou, yes she's is certainly female, I have two ladies now.
The pup is a complete loon, taking some house training I can tell you

as I believe you could be mistaken, looking at the pic more closely I believe you have a male Colombian.

OK will do later as I'm at work. That would be interesting as I'm the third owner and both places have sexed as female.

Its really really hard to tell due to lack of full size jowls....... but females usually look slimmer in the face with an altogether more delicate and lighter look.
