so my 4/5 year old female decided to go to sleep earlier last fall for September. then woke up late october and has been awake and eating and active up until around maybe March of this year. now she's been hiding/sleeping since then. not even drinking. so I i woke her up twice now to drink and she ate a little but then went back to hide/sleep. unusual ?? should i be concerned ?

That is unusual. How long have you had her? Has anything changed in her environment?

I’ve had her her whole life. Last spring she had surgery For a mineral deposit clog but she’s healed and was fine then. :/
Well, this is a tough one. If daylength and temp. condotions are what you've done on the past, AND, she's looks no worse for the wear, I'd let it play out for a while.

My tegus don't brumate much - but this year, my female decided to go down for 10 days here and there, after the first of the year. I agree with Walter1.
