I have pictures and i‘m not really sure if this is a chacoan or just a regular

What is that above its leg by hip? It's very hard to tell I can only say for sure is some sort of black and white tegu. Ask rose city reptiles on Instagram he might know. I'm leaning more toward the chacoan part or chacoan white head. Because looks more like one of those 2 vs just a Argentine black and white due to it's like light faded patterns from shoulders to head but could be due to shedding or close to it
