Cooler temps in Florida and eating

Ok this might seem like a very simple and basic question but I want to be ontrack for my Thor. My Red / Blue is in an outdoor enclosure and all through the summer has eaten absolutely ravenously (I obtained him in spring so this is my first winter). As the Fall temps have cooled (by central Florida standards) his eating has slowed to almost nonexistent. He passes on his grapes, eggs slightly nibbles on ground whole chicken and even has passed on his favorite, frozen rats. Should I have concern or is this normal. All else seems fine.
