chinese water dragon lethargic

okay so out of the blue skitzo has been acting horribly dazed. he wont move he will just stay where he is and breathe really hard i think he is impacted but he pooped already and is still acting thiss way if you are reading this please reply

how are you keep it? feeding heat light etc. Is it to hot too cold what are feeding it .Give more info
