Burn?

I just now noticed a strange patch of red on Mars’ leg. It doesn’t seem to bother him, he doesn’t have any reaction when I touch it. Could it be a burn?

Is your gu on a heating rock or something? Sure kind of looks like some skin could’ve been scolded, looks like your hand/fingers when you burn it on an oven rack but I could be wrong. What could he have been exposed too that would’ve caused that
