3-5 month old tegu not eating other than licking some fruit for 5-6 days and pretty lethargic

Have you tried making a warmer or cooler basking area? Mine wouldn't eat until I got the basking spot to 110° Fahrenheit

Most of the time, there's too much heat, and nowhere to cool down when young ones stop eating. That's just a very simple assessment. It could be many other things, but that's a good place to start.
