A dish is cool but a pool is cooler! Haha. Give him the option plus it would look really dope with a pool connected to the enclosure vice a dish. Good luck and show pics!
Thats fine the way it is minus a larger basking area. You know once decor goes in he's gonna rearrange it. Maybe just more rocks and logs. Awesome enclosure man great job!
They will sell for what people pay and that's what they'll be worth. These breeders out here better get what they can now kuz when mine are of age, won't be nearly as expensive. I would do it as a hobby and not as a business.

Take the substrate out and use paper towels, paper, shelf liner or something of the sort. I know you said you didn't wanna take out her substrate but it is easier than digging them up and it's not for the duration, just until she gets back on her feet. Good luck and hope it works out!
