She has gone and it looks normal.... I offered her reptilinks and she kept licking it and I thought for sure she was going to eat and nope she didnt. So today makes day 7 of no eating.

Yeah I just see so many that are bright red. I cant tell if mine is just going to stay the color it is or change. I stupidly thought that all reds would be pretty red lol if you know what I mean. Haha. But I never had one before this.
I got a red tegu 2 months ago and wondered if it will stay this color or if it will get more red gradually? Also trying to figure out if it is actually and Argentine red tegu or crossbred? I was told it is a full red. What do you guys think?
@Walter1 I kind was more wonder if the tegu is even old enough to tell because the reptile expo I got it at told me he is 6 months old... but there is no way he is only 18 inches and way too small. So I was more wondering what age should you even bother looking.
Hey guys.... do you think my tegu Ludwig is big enough that I should be able to see the scales or feel bbs by now??? I just got him at a reptile show and the guy told.me he/she was 6 months old but I dont think it is possibly that old yet and it eats like a mack truck for me lol??? Thanks...
