The little squares are 3"x3" so I'm guessing she's abut 22 inches now and best guess is she's about 9 months old.
I figures she's a June or July 2016 hatchling. Rodney wasn't sure so I'm guessing.

Right before this, she did the Wiggle Dance for me. LOL!
